Mission Statement:

The mission of the Trust Payables Analyst is to ensure accurate and timely processing of Trust maintenance event invoices, credit memos and vendor payments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • New vendor creation and maintenance.
  • Handle Trust and JSSI Parts weekly pay cycle.
  • Handle rush payments for Trust and JSSI Parts, as applicable.
  • Entering approved JSSI Parts invoices.
  • Trust vendor invoice approvals in AMS Tech.
  • Daily review and resolution of failed invoices.
  • JSSI Parts Purchasing Card Reconciliation.
  • Filing of accounts payables documents for all entities.
  • Uploading and transcribing Trust invoices in AMS Tech, as applicable.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and requests submitted to Accounts Payable.
  • Review statements for vendors as assigned by Manager to ensure receipt and accuracy of all vendor invoices and application of credit memos.
  • Address a complexity of issues (i.e. resolve vendor payment disputes) requiring immediate attention and resolution.
  • Serve as support to UK Accounts Payable staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years full cycle AP experience including vendor maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requires attention to detail
  • Ability to follow through on open items resolution
  • Take initiative in regular process improvements
  • Experience with Great Plains is a plus;  Microsoft Office is a must
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience in an automated accounting environment
  • Multi-lingual preferred

Position Summary:

The mission of the Aircraft Maintenance Pricing Analyst is to assist the Pricing Manager in the administration of the JSSI airframe/engine programs. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Collect cost data from functional representatives, contractors and vendors
  2. Compute cost estimates of material procurement, repair, replenishment and transportation
  3. Prepare and maintain historical cost data
  4. Create cost models for cost estimating elements
  5. Prepare cost reports and present findings to management
  6. Utilize cost data to construct profitable pricing models
  7. Provide on-going reporting to Pricing Manager in support of price revisions and updating as required
  8. Maintain Master Price Lists
  9. Research and calculate airframe rates for new, transfer and renewal contracts
  10. Research and calculate engine pro rata elimination fees
  11. Maintain the database used for airframe and engine rate calculations
  12. Maintain the Technical Services library
  13. Research cost comparisons – actual vs data base pricing
  14. Provide technical support to support to the Client Services and Sales Staff with regards to inspection programs and rates
  15. Communicate changes to inspection requirements to the Technical Services field reps
  16. Research Service Bulletin and Airworthiness Directives as required

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Assist with cost analysis studies and research projects

Desired Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Aviation Related)
  • 2-3 years aviation technical experience
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and logistics
  • Working knowledge of aircraft inspection requirements
  • Experience with maintenance planning and forecasting is a plus
  • Maintenance Controller experience a plus
  • Ability to ensure a factual audit trail is established for all pricing efforts supporting contract proposals
  • A & P license a plus
  • Turbine Helicopter experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with pricing and costing is a strong plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills to deal with the public and aviation industry professionals
  • Ability to read and write articulately and analytically
  • Clear understanding of relevant technical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Excel

The Airframe Technical Advisor is the primary contact for the client and will handle their needs on routine, minor unscheduled and AOG events. Manage customer events utilizing the Project Line Specialist (PLS) to assist them in supporting events for which they need assistance.

  1. Heavily involved in helping to plan for major scheduled inspections, in addition to assisting with the immediate logistics as they pertain to unscheduled events
  2. On-site representation, especially with respect to major scheduled inspections

The AOG Coordinator is the first contact for Clients and will assist the Airframe Technical Advisors (TA) in handling the client’s needs on routine, minor unscheduled and AOG events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Create Service Calls that will alert the TA of a future or current events.
  2. Assist Client and TA by placing parts orders, as requested, with the JSSI Purchasing department.
  3. Communicate with the client and the maintenance provider, as required.
  4. Research logbooks, as required.
  5. Responsible for event triage, assessing and ensuring each situation is handled appropriately by:
    1. Being the initial contact for the client and/ or maintenance provider.
    2. Initial setup to track and support the maintenance event.
    3. Turning the event over to the TA after initial setup.
  6. Review and process invoices using the company provided invoicing system, meeting turn time goals set forth by Technical Services Management and policy.
  7. Will be trained to have a thorough understanding of the current contract, policies and procedures
  8. Develops and maintains client relationships through periodic contact.
  9. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Technical Services Management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Airframe and Powerplant ratings REQUIRED
  • 5 years’ experience with corporate turbine-powered business aircraft (not commercial) preferred, with particular expertise working with airframes.
  • Experience in 135 Maintenance Control operations preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and write articulately and analytically
  • Clear understanding of relevant technical skills

Position Summary:

The Director of Operations - JSSI Parts will partner with the leader of the Parts business, the Senior Director of Procurement, to successfully accomplish two main goals of the business: (1) to lower the cost of JSSI maintenance events; and (2) to optimize third party selling and buying of parts.  The Director of Operations will work collaboratively with internal and external resources to ensure that best practices are identified and implemented, that JSSI Parts is capitalizing on every profitable opportunity, and that team learning and growing is both relevant and ongoing.  The Director of Operations will provide daily oversight to the overall operations of the JSSI Parts Team in two critical areas: (1) Leadership & Strategy; and (2) Operational Excellence. 

Position Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

Utilize business expertise to provide leadership to the JSSI Purchasing Team and foster strategic thinking throughout the team through the following activities:

  1. Identify coaching and mentoring opportunities to impart knowledge to JSSI Purchasing team members and the JSSI community at large
  2. Transform the Purchasing Team from reactive to strategic and forward looking
  3. Collaborate with Senior Director of Procurement in the leadership of JSSI Parts and Purchasing teams to achieve all financial, non-financial and supplier measurements goals
  4. Develop and implement modern logistics and inventory management strategies for efficient product tracking, routing and distribution
  5. Manage assigned budgets, in cooperation with the respective divisions (Parts trading, Jet Engine Leasing, and Purchasing) to achieve goals and objectives
  6. Plan and achieve savings to the JSSI budget
  7. Develop standard practice and cadence for measuring and communicating performance with internal management, suppliers and customers
  8. Create and update multi-year business plans

Operational Excellence

Utilize business expertise and knowledge to enhance JSSI’s operational excellence in logistics, IT systems, revenue and process improvement, technical services support and parts vendor management through the following activities:

  1. Support the Purchasing Team by establishing enhanced procedures with respect to finding target aircraft for acquisitions, overseeing financial analyses of such aircraft and the ultimate purchase, dismantling, and re-selling of serviceable parts on such aircraft
  2. Drive core supply chain performance including delivery cost and quality
  3. Create vendor matrix to manage vendor and quality control to ensure that parts are sourced, re-sold and dispatched at an optimal level
  4. Serve as JSSI’s subject matter expert on IT systems which manage parts entry, purchase, and resale (i.e. Quantum or other applicable systems) 
  5. Continue to develop expertise on technical aspects of the various engines, APUs and airframes that the JSSI Parts and Purchasing Team handles
  6. Support JSSI Parts team with needed focus and attention to process development, analytics structure and best practices
  7. Identify additional parts distribution channels to ensure consistent growth in JSSI Parts’ revenues
  8. Lead implementation and documentation of best practices, strategies, policies and procedures for purchasing, logistics and key deliverables
  9. Identify opportunities across business unit to leverage spend and relationships
  10. Identify big picture strategies and opportunities to increase revenue from surplus spares buying and selling
  11. Reduce costs of maintenance events through utilization of existing JSSI Parts inventory
  12. Support JSSI’s Technical Services Team by forecasting and supplying parts and components for future JSSI scheduled maintenance events
  13. Serve as point of contact with Maintenance and Repair Organizations, with an end-goal of establishing significantly favorable pricing terms through Memoranda of Understanding

Position Summary:

The mission of the Program Development Analyst is to assist the Program Development Team by researching all aspects of a new or existing product and reporting the findings via a cost analysis matrix.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Director of Program Development by performing research and collecting cost and part data to develop an Airframe or Engine Program
  2. Support the Program Development Team by collaborating on projects with ideas, data and spreadsheets that further enhance the project or its completion time
  3. Conduct cost analysis studies and research projects on new or existing airframes
  4. Conduct cost analysis studies and research projects on new or existing engines and APU’s
  5. Research special projects as requested by the sales team or sales managers

  7. Develop and maintain a database of competitors programs & pricing as it pertains to product to aid in program development

Desired Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Aviation Related)

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Sales Administrator is to provide superior support for the JSSI Global Sales Directors and the Sales Administration Director by being the point of contact between Sales and the various departments in JSSI (Pricing, Client Services, Marketing, Contracts, Technical Services, and IT) which will ultimately help generate profitable sales in a timely, dynamic, professional, and consistent manner. 

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Be the point of contact between Pricing, Client Services, Marketing, Contracts, Technical Services, and IT for the Directors of Business Development.
  2. Operate with a Sense of Urgency in terms of timely and consistent follow-up on leads and proposals.
  3. Route all incoming phone calls and leads to the appropriate Director of Business Development.  Create the lead in Salesforce.com and follow up with the Sales Representative accordingly.
  4. Complete pre-enrollment paperwork for new deals (Proposals, Maintenance Access Form, Referral form, PIDs, Contract Application)
  5. Ensure that Salesforce.com records (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities) are accurate and up-to-date.
  6. Update and run sales reports (Advanced Opportunities, Closed Won) and cross check work. 
  7. Run territory reports and prepare current client reports prior to a Sales Rep visit along with supporting the Sales Administration Manager with any sales reports.
  8. Research customer service issues, work with various departments to resolve and communicate resolution with Sales Rep or client as necessary.
  9. Follow up on all PIDS inspections with Technical Services Advisors and provide any missing information that may hold up a new contract, including Exhibit C updates with the C’s Coordinator.
  10. Plan with the Client Services Contract team for new enrollment preparations and provide any information required for the final contract (total time, contact information, Governing Aviation Authority, etc)
  11. Research customer service issues, work with various departments to resolve and communicate resolution with Sales Rep or client as necessary.

Measurement of Success:

  1. The development and successful implementation of making overall JSSI Sales goals which will lead to the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual JSSI earnings objectives.
  2. The overall positive impact of the position inside and outside the company, as it relates to achieving the company’s growth objectives, and enhancing the JSSI sales initiatives and equity around the world.

Requisite Skills/Experience:

Listed below are the key areas of experience, and measurable accomplishments, the Sales Administrator must possess:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. At least two (2) years of work experience is preferred
  3. Superior inter-personal and communications skills internally with JSSI, externally to clients, vendors and other industry leaders

  5. Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
  6. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities
